CLONE FORM
There’s no need to spend time rebuilding the same form with a few minor modifications. In a few clicks, you can duplicate form easily using the clone option. and make the changes you require.
Creating a duplicate form:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right of the form you want to clone.
Step 3: Select Clone Form.
Step 4: In the popup, you can choose:
Reuse PDF file For creating a form from the original PDF; you won’t need to upload your PDF again.
Reuse Form fields If your PDF is a new version and you wish to reuse your fields.
Step 5:
- Reuse PDF file = On | Reuse Form fields = Off
Reuse the same PDF as before. None of the original fields are duplicated so you can start over with adding and mapping your fields.
- Reuse PDF file = Off | Reuse Form fields = On
Upload the new PDF version. Once the upload completes, the form builder opens displaying all the previous version’s fields. The fields are located in same positions as before, but you can move them around and edit them if you wish.
- Reuse PDF file = On | Reuse Form fields = On

Different page order in the new PDF
When you upload a new version of a PDF, if the PDF has a different page order than the old version, you may need to remap the page order so that the reused fields can be placed on the correct page.
You will need to remap the page order for these cases. - The new PDF inserts the new page in the middle of the old PDF. If the new page is only attached to the end of the PDF, remapping is not required. - Some pages are removed from the middle of the PDF. - Swapped pages
Before uploading PDF pages, you must turn on the The pages in the new PDF are in a different order than the old PDF option before you select the PDF file to upload.
In this remapping page, you can indicate which pages are new, which pages are deleted, or drag and drop the reordered pages.
